Notice for Campus Placement Drive

We are pleased to announce that Spectraforce Technologies will be visiting our campus for the placement drive of BCA/B.Tech/MBA/PGDM/MCA (2010 & 2009 Batches students). The date and time of reporting will be intimated later, as and when confirmed by the company.

Job Description:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone

interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.

- Experience in recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.

- Screening candidates based on resource manager's job description, candidate's relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.

- Regular follow up with candidate from first Contact till the offer of offer letter to the candidate.

- Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits and interview.

- Reference checking for candidate to ensure their authenticity and relevance.

- Negotiate and manage vendor relationship for contractual and permanent staffing.

- Established tracking systems resume submission and follow-up

- Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, checking references and updating job boards.

- Managing the existing database besides aiming to make addition in that.

- Assisting in identification & establishment of new clients.

Candidate Profile:

- Assisting in identification & establishment of new clients.

- Experience on entire recruitment life cycle i.e. from interaction with prospective clients to induction of selected candidates with their respective clients.

- Recruiting for IT requirement which includes Java Technologies, .Net Technologies, Database developers (Oracle, Pro*C, Sybase), C++ with Unix developers, Oracle / Informatica, Business Analyst, Managing and Senior Consultants etc.

- Recruiting for Clinical/Pharmaceutical/Engineering requirements.

- Some experience in IT/ Clinical/ Pharmaceutical/ Engineering Recruitment, or fresher will do.
Must have computer knowledge, especially MS-Office, browsing and searching the Internet, using email, etc.

- Excellent Communication skills (amicable phone personality)

- Must be Chandigarh/ Panchkula/ Mohali Based or be willing to relocate.

- Leader Ship ability

Working hours will be 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Summers), 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Winters) 5 days a week. (Saturday-Sunday off)
