Refund of Security

Hello everyone!
All the students can request for the refund of security from the college by going through the following process:
Details:
Security amount(may vary)=Rs.2000/-(a post-dated-----[29-11-10 or later]----cheque on your name will be received at your permanent address)

>Go to new building's basement(entry near CBS building)
>Collect the form from admin office
>Fill in the details (name,father name,roll no,branch/sem)
>Go to various departments to get the same signed
--Library(you will need to return all tickets as well as ID card)
--Bus I/c (in building just before basera hostel)
--Hostel I/c
--Canteen
--Hostel mess(only for hostelers)
--Chem Lab-- main block grnd floor
--Phy lab--(engg block 2)
--ECE lab--main block 2nd floor
--ELE lan--same
--W/Shop(workshop)
--Comp lab--Main block
--Class counselor

then go to accounts and give it there....
