Eagles Academy program at Coca-Cola University was started with an endeavor to build a rich bottler talent pipeline.Just like last year, this year also Coca-Cola India will put in place a process to rigorously assess and select the best candidates as management trainees for this program.
Program Overview
Kandhari Beverages Limited,a franchise bottler of Coca-Cola India, invites you to apply for an 18 weeks program offering world class cross functional training and business exposure that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to build a successful and enriching long term career.This is an opportunity for talented professionals to work with the franchisee of a global icon, and the world's most valuable brand.
During this program, the finally selected candidates will go through a rigorous training at Coca-Cola University for 18 weeks.This internship period of 18 weeks is a blend of 6 weeks of classroom training at Coca-Cola University and 12 weeks of cross functional field based project work at the respective bottlers' location.
A monthly stipend of approx Rs.15,000/- Rs.18,000/- will be paid to the candidates during the training period.
Eligibility criteria
MBA's(Majors/Minors in Marketing)/Engineers/Science Graduates/Food Technologists with 0-3 years experience preferably in Sales/Marketing.
Candidates should possess
1) Good Communication and interpersonal Skills
2) Superior drive and result orientation
3) Good computer skills
4) Flexibility to travel and willing to relocate

Eligible candidates will go through rigorous Tests, Group Discussions & Interviews conducted by us roughly in 3rd week of July,2010 at Chandigarh.

On the completion of the program,the candidates will be assessed and successful candidates will be eligible to be considered for employment by Kandhari Beverages Limited at Chandigarh.
