NOTICE

COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGIES OFF CAMPUS PLACEMENT PROCESS

It is for information of B.Tech.(CSE, ECE & IT) students, passed out in 2010 batch that COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGIES(www.cognizant.com) off campus placement process will now be held at C.I.E.T., Rajpura, Pb. on 30^th July, 2010. The students shall note the following:-

1.         Venue                                     Chitkara Institute of Engineering & Technology

                                                            Chandigarh-Patiala National Highway, Rajpura, Pb.

                                                                                                                                                                       

2.         Reporting Date & Time        30^th July, 2010, 8:00 am(sharp)

                                                           

3.         Eligibility Criteria                   60% throughout(No active backlog)  

4.         Job Location                          Gurgaon & All Over India.

5.         Position Offered                    Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET)

6.         Mandatory & Other Skills     Through subject knowledge & Excellent communication skills

                                                            is a must.       

                       

7.         Salary Package:-                 

Rs. 20000/- as stipend for the initial six months post and will be designated as Trainee Software/ Test Engineers. After, six months, will be paid Rs 3.5 Lakh p.a. and will be designated as Software/ Test Engineers 3.5 lacs to 4.0 lacs per annum.

                       

8.         Selection Process:-

            a) Screen Test)will be taken by GTT

            b) Technical Test

c) Technical & HR Interviews.

9.         Joining                                    Immediate(last week of march)

10.     Students must have their updated & signed Resume, Photocopy of relevant Certificates or Mark sheets, any I.D. proof and two passport size photographs.

Note:-  All the eligible students interested to apply must registered at www.chitkara.edu.in latest by 27^thJuly, 2010. No entries will be entertained there after.
